The Guernsey CATS Programme will introduce cricket to each pupil in year 1 & 2 through five sessions based on Catching, Agility, Throwing & Striking.

Session One will begin with all of the players being introduced to the throwing speed, catching and striking skill drills. Three more sessions will then take place focusing on all four of the key skills linked to cricket. The final session will involve a series of challenges for the pupils to gauge improvement and understanding.

Certificates will be issued to each participant with a link through to the new Cricket CATS website which will show the Islands top catchers & throwers, ways to get involved in cricket and details of the GCB programme.
